中文摘要 当今,随着多元文化音乐教育和以“中华文化为母语的音乐教育”观念的提出,我们对民族音乐文化教育价值的独特性和不可替代性认识越加明确和重视。在今天的音乐教育中,本土音乐仍在学校的音乐教育中处于“边缘位置”,作为文化中一部分的音乐和音乐教育如何在当代的多元文化语境中去更好地发展,应该成为我国音乐教育必须面对和思考的问题。 作为新疆高等艺术院校的新疆艺术学院开创性地创办了木卡姆表演艺术专业,将传统传承方式与现代教育机制和教学方法有机结合,彻底改变了以往师徒传授,自生自灭的局面,从传承机制上保证了维吾尔木卡姆健康传承和弘扬,并在这些年的教学中取得了丰硕成果。本文主要以“多元文化的民族教育观”、“世界音乐的音乐教育观”、“以中华文化为母语的音乐教育观”等观念为基础,以调查法、访谈法、观察法等为主要的研究方法,就新疆艺术学院这一创新举动及具体实施进行详实的调查与分析,对维吾尔木卡姆这一民族民间音乐进入高等艺术院校的教育传承方式进行客观描述,并在此基础上分别从新疆民族音乐在学校音乐教育中的重要意义、处于“边缘位置”的原因、以及如何以新的视角、多维广阔的视野和观念审视自身、重调思路等,对新疆民族音乐传承与学校音乐教育作出思考与论述,试图探寻出一条可行与完善的新疆民族音乐在学校音乐教育中得以传承和弘扬的有效途径。本文的目的是通过对新疆艺术学院创办木卡姆表演艺术专业及对新疆民族音乐传承与学校音乐教育的分析与思考,力求为少数民族音乐在当代的保存、继承、发展拓宽思路;为少数民族地区学校音乐教育的发展,在国际、国内的相关背景中提供些许有益的参照。  

英文摘要 Nowadays, with multi-culture music education and proposal of music education of the Chinese culture as mother tone, we pay more and more attention to the unique and nonreplaceable character of national music education. Nowadays, in music education, national ethnical music is still at the edge place in the school music education, as a part of our music culture and music education, what to do to develop it in the multi-culture environment should be an issue that our music teachers face and think. Xinjiang Arts University promoted the Mukam show art major in Xinjiang, it combined the traditional inheriting way with modern educational system and teaching method organically, which has changed the situation of master to apprentice inheriting method, emerging of itself and perishing of itself, it guaranteed the inheriting and development of the Uygur Mukam in the inheriting method, we have got great achievement in those years' teaching. This article is mainly based on“multi-culture ethnical education“,“the view of music education in world music”and“proposal of music education of the Chinese culture as mother tongue”, the investigation, interviewing and observation are the main researching method. The creation and the specific action in Xinjiang arts university are investigated and analyzed. the Uygur Mukam, which is folk music , on the inheriting method, is described objectively, also xinjiang ethnical music inheriting and the school music education are discussed and argued, which are based on the significance of the Xinjiang traditional music in school education, the reason why it is at the unimportant place, how to use the new view angle, multi-mention and expansive way to inspect ourselves, readjust our thought and so on. Attempt to find an access to improve and inherit Xinjiang traditional music in school of music education . The purpose of this article is to through analyzing and think in Xinjiang Arts University promoted the Mukam show art major,and the teaching-learning transimission of traditional music in Xinjing and music education of school, thus to widen the thought for the traditional music saving, inheriting, developing in nowadays time; and some action can be taken as a reference for the ethnical music education in the minority group area in the relative situation in the world and our country.
