中文摘要 随着经济的全球化，知识经济时代的到来，对创造性人才，对劳动者的综合素质提出了前所未有的紧迫要求，要求未来的青年一代具有较强的民族意识、广阔的胸怀、丰富的知识、开拓的精神、高尚的道德和完善的人格，而对于新世纪这种人才素质的要求它的基础应是优秀的民族精神，在教育领域主要是通过在基础教育中学习民族音乐来完成的。中华民族的音乐文化有着数千年的积累，种类繁多浩如烟海的传统音乐正是我国各族人民长期生活、劳动的情感体验，也是中华民族传统文化的根基。一个民族的音乐教育如果脱离了母文化，脱离本文化这个根，就谈不上继承、发扬、发展。民族音乐文化更不可能立足于世界音乐文化之林，在基础音乐教育中，进行民族音乐教育已经越来越被人们认为是“重中之重”。第六届国民音乐教育的主题强调要弘扬民族音乐文化，以中华民族传统文化为根基，其目的就是要使我们的民族音乐文化真正能够得到继承、弘扬和发展。本文将以“有关如何在高中进行民族音乐教育的思考”为题，并以 “民族音乐观”理论为依据，在主体课堂教学环境下通过书本知识的传授使学生了解民族音乐的本质和学习的意义，通过积极开展课外活动和在学校创设民族音乐教育环境，对学生进行民族音乐教育和弘扬民族音乐优秀传统,加强爱国主义教育为主线，体现现代教育是“全面发展的人的教育”为主要内容进行阐述，着眼点是使学生热爱祖国灿烂的民族音乐文化，进而达到爱国主义教育的目的。  

英文摘要 With economic globalization, the arrival of the era of knowledge-driven economy, to creative talents, the overall qualities to the laborer have put forward the unprecedented urgent request, require the Young Generation in the future to have stronger national consciousness, wide mind , abundant knowledge , spirit , noble morals and personality of perfection of open-up, and foundation of it should be the outstanding national spirit to new century the talent request of quality, mainly finish through studying the national music in the basic education in the educational field. There is accumulation of thousands of years in the music culture of Chinese nation, the voluminous traditional music various in style is experienced by the emotion that the people of all nationalities of our country live , work for a long time, it is a foundation of Chinese nation's traditional culture too. If the music education of a nationality breaks away from mother's culture, break away from this root of a culture, far from inheriting , developing , developing. National music culture can not base on the forest of the music culture in the world still more, in basic music education , have been carrying on national music education and has already been thought it is " the most important thing " by people. The theme of the sixth national music education puts emphasis on carrying forward national music culture, regarding Chinese nation' s traditional culture as the foundation, its purpose is to make our national music culture can really be inherited , carried forward and developing. With " relevant how carry on national thinking of music education " as the question " in high school this text, and is based on " national music view " theory, under the environment of classroom instruction of the subject through to is it make student find out about national essence and meaning of study of music to teach book knowledge, through launching the extracurricular activities actively and founding the national music education environment in the school, carry on national music education and carry forward the national outstanding tradition of music to students, strengthen the education in patriotism as the thread, reflect that modern education is that " education of all-round developing person " is explained for the main content , the starting point is enabling student's having deep love for the magnificent national music culture in the motherland, and then the purpose to achieve education in patriotism.
