中文摘要 近几年，普通高校音乐教育在教育界已引起越米越多的关注。由于音乐教育对大学生教育有着特殊的作用，故在普通高校艺术教育中占据主要位置，但是由于历史等各方面的原因，普通高校音乐教育存在的问题较多，多数教育工作者对音乐教育认识仍停留在表面，缺乏全面理性的分析。作者通过对普通高校音乐教育现状进行调查，在科学统计数据的基础上，在定性和定量两方面深入分析研究，发现了一些阻碍我国普通高校音乐教育发展的原因，结合当前社会发展的趋势以及对人才的要求，寻找了几种解决问题的方法与策略。 全文共分五个部分。第一部分，提出问题，并阐明研究的理论价值与实际意义。第二部分，现状的调查。通过对全国六所高校的调查，获取我国普通高校音乐教育的基本情况。第三部分，对现状进行讨论分析，找出症结所在。第四部分，针对问题提出建议，寻找解决的方法与策略。第五部分，结语。  

英文摘要 Recently, the music education has become more and more important. Because of the special influence on the student, the music education plays a main role in the arts education of common universities. For historical and some other reasons, there are some problems in the music education of common universities now, the study on music education still stays on the surface, short of complete rational deep analysis. After a survey of the present situation of common university music education, the author finds out the reason to prevent music education from the improvement, based on the statistic datum . Combining with the trend of society, we try to seek some methods and strategies to meet with the need of talents . This essay consists of five parts. The first part is to put forward the issue and i 1 lustrate the theoretical value and practical importance in this study. The second part is a survey of the present situation, which is the result of the investigation at six universities .The third part is to analyze the present situation and find out the cause. The fourth part is to make suggestion and find out the ways to solve the problem .The last part is the conclusion.
