幼师生音乐学习困难成因及对策研究

中文摘要 幼师生是未来的幼儿教师,是未来我国幼儿教育事业发展的中坚力量,担负着对幼儿一生的学习和发展负责的重任。在幼师课程改革的大背景下,幼师音乐学习困难学生的问题无疑顺应了当前音乐教学改革的发展潮流,而且对于做好幼师音乐教学工作具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。据调查,幼师生音乐学习困难是一个普遍现象,其困难集中表现在认知、情感、意志、性格等方面。本研究在现代教育学、心理学及音乐教育理论的指导下,综合运用问卷法、访谈法与文献分析法,较为深入地了解省幼师学生在音乐学习过程中存在的困难,并分析了省幼师学生音乐学习困难的原因,以及对此提出了对策,以促进幼师生的全面发展。 全文共有四个部分组成: 第一部分是总论,它主要包括三个方面。首先说明了问题提出的背景及幼师生学习音乐的重要性;其次是分析概括了与本研究相关的已有研究综述;再次是研究方法。 第二部分是幼师音乐学习的现状及主要存在问题,真实地反映了幼师生音乐学习的现状。研究结果表明,省幼师学生学习音乐方面的困难,其主要是认知方面的困难,音乐技能技巧学习的困难和学习动机方面的困难。 第三部分则全面的分析了幼师音乐学习困难的原因。主要是由于幼师生自身特点、元认知、学生非智力因素、社会环境因素以及学校教育等因素的影响造成的。 第四部分提出了解决省幼师学生音乐学习困难的对策,这也是本研究最重要的落脚点。研究认为,改进教学形式,革新授课方法,突出幼师学校的音乐教学特点;因材施教,对学生进行有针对性的教育,培养学生自主学习的能力,使学生真正成为学习的主人;激发学生的学习动机,重视非智力因素的开发;营造良好的学习环境氛围,潜移默化地渗透到音乐学习之中;塑造幼师学生健康的人格。  

英文摘要 The students of kindergarteners' training school are the man force of the infants educational business. They are charged with the responsibility of the infant's study and development. Under the background of the cause revolution of kindergarteners' training school, the problems of the students who have difficulty in learning music conform to the development of must teaching revolution. Moreover, it has important meaning in theory and practice to make music teaching better. According to investigation, the difficulty of music learning of kindergarteners' training school students is a general phenomenon, which mainly expresses in the aspect of perception, feeling, will and character. Under the guide of modern pedagogy, psychology and music education theorems, the research applies questionnaire method, interview method and documents analysis method, knowing deeply the cause of the difficulty of music learning of students. At last, it puts forward the strategies to promote the overall development of kindergartener's training school students. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction, which contained three aspects. Firs, it illustrates the background of putting forward the problems and the importance of music learning of kindergarteners training school students. Second, it summaries and analyzes the foemen research which related with this reassert. Third, it's the research methods.The second part explains the present situation and the problems of music learning, The result of research shoals that the difficulty of music learning of kindergartener's training school students is mainly the difficulty of perception, the difficulty of music learning skills, and the difficulty of motive.The third part analyzes totally the reason way students in kindergartener's training school have difficulty in learning music. It caused by student's personality, original perception factor.The fourth part puts forward the strategies to solve the problems. The strategies include to improve the teaching form, to revolute the teaching methods and to outstand the characters of music teaching. It's more important to teach the students according to their characters, to enable the students to study on their own and made them the read matters of their study, to arouse their leaning motive. The developments of non-intellectual factors must be paid more attention . A favorable atmosphere of learning must be created to help the students of kindergarteners' training school build their healthy characters.
