感谢华东师大艺术系硕士研究生徐进提供并整理该文资料-洪啸音乐教育工作站 学位授予单位 华中师范大学 中文关键词 个性;个性化教育;音乐教育;策略 导师 袁善琦 论文级别 硕士 学科专业名称 音乐学 中文摘要 个性化教育不仅是当代国际教育思想的重要变革之一,而且适应了社会发展的时代要求。联合国教科文组织在《学会生存》(1972)的报告中明确指出:“应当培养人的自我生存和发展的能力,促进人的个性全面和谐的发展,把之作为当代教育的基本宗旨”。个性化教育对于促进社会发展起着不可忽视的作用,社会的发展和进步需要创新,人类社会的不断前进来自于一次次创造性的变革,而这些创造性的变革又是由某个个性丰满、完善的个体或群体完成。音乐课程浸润着浓厚的人文色彩。师生通过接触作品,不仅丰富了审美体验,并且从中了解到作者的情感、态度、价值观;也感受到作品所处时代与社会的人文精神、审美特征。学生在对待作品时会基于不同的审美倾向而选择不同的审美角度去感受、理解、表达音乐,得出不同的心得体会。这对于个体完善情感、塑造个性极其有益。可见,音乐课程实施个性教育有其独特的内涵。本文从个性化教育的基础理论入手,对个性化教育的概念及特征进行了阐述,分析了中外有关个性化教育的历史与现状,列举了实施个性化教育的必然性因素。接着分析了个性化音乐教育的内涵,最后针对如何在中小学音乐教育中实施个性化教育这一问题,提出了一些策略:树立音乐个性教育理念、营造个性化音乐教育氛围、开发个性化的音乐教学内容、创设独具特色的教学风格、探索个性化音乐教学的策略。此外,本文还对中小学音乐教育中实施个性化教育应注意的若干问题进行了初步探讨。 英文摘要 Personality education is not only one of the important innovations on international education, but also a trend of social development. The UNESCO points out in a report Learn to Live in 1972: "Cultivating people's ability of living and developing, and promoting people's personality completely and harmoniously, is the basic tenet of today's education". Personality education has a strong impact on the development of our society which needs innovation. Human society's progress comes out from each creating reform completed by each individual who has a full and perfect character.Music courses embody some colorful humanism, from which teachers and students will experience an aesthetic process, learn the author's feeling, attitude and value, and taste the spirit of humanism and character of the time. While learning the works, students will select different taste angle to feel, understand, and express music according to their different tendency, and then gain different result. That will be a great help to their sensibility's perfecting and personality's shaping. It's obvious that implementing personality education has special meaning.According to the basic theory of Personality education, the paper tells the concept and characteristic of Personality education, analyzes the history and status in quo in order to gain some factors of inevitability. The paper also analyses the meaning of Personality education, puts forward some tactics for middle schools' music education, such as the ideas, atmosphere, meaning and teaching style in Personality education of music.
