中文摘要 近些年来,高校大学生的心理素质方面暴露出的种种问题,已引起越来越多人的关注。而高校音乐教育,在大学生素质教育中的地位也得到了进一步的加强。由于各种各样的原因,大学生心理健康教育状况还没有得到有效的改善。作者是一名普通的高校音乐教师,在校还兼了五年时间的学生管理工作,在便利的工作条件下,经过长期深入的观察、调查研究,发现了一些利用音乐教育培养大学生良好心理素质的方法。全文共分四个部分。第一部分,阐明对心理素质的认识。这部分包括两个方面:什么是心理素质;心理素质对人的影响。第二部分,阐述当代大学生在心理素质方面存在的问题,并分析原因。包括两个方面:大学生心理健康标准;大学生在学习上、人际关系上、生活上存在的问题。第三部分,在音乐教育中培养大学生良好的心理素质的可行性研究。即通过音乐教育培养大学生良好心理素质的依据以及可行性分析。第四部分,在音乐教育中培养大学生良好的心理素质的对策研究。即针对大学生的心理素质问题,从音乐教育角度,分析如何通过具体的音乐教育方式方法,培养大学生创新心理、自信与进取心理、正确的恋爱心理、协作心理与柔韧心理。最后,结语。

英文摘要 In recent years, more and more Scientists and Educators have paid increasing attention to various problems which students have exposed in their college or university life, and the music in higher education of psychology in higher education has not improved effectively for different reasons, The author is an ordinary music teacher in a college, and she also has engaged in the management of students for many years. In her convenience, She has done lots of researches deeply for long time, and found out some methods that can make students develop healthy psychology quality through music education or music activities.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part, clarifying the recognition to the psychology quality. This part includes two aspects: What is a psychology quality;The influence of the psychology quality upon the person. The second part, elaborating the problems at the psychology quality of contemporary university students . It includes two aspects: The healthy psychology standard of university students;The university students' problems on study, social relationships and living. The third part, the relationship between the music education and the development of psychology quality. That is analyzing the basis and feasibility of developing university students' healthy psychology quality through the music education. The fourth part, developing healthy psychology quality of university students in the music education. Aiming for the university students' psychology problems, it analyzes how to develop university students' psychology of innovation, self-confidence and enterprise, correct amorous attitude, cooperation and flexible by concrete music education methods. The last, conclusion.
