中文摘要 近年来,由于经济全球化的冲击,教育领域也受到影响。世界各国都认识到,提高经济水平和综合国力的重要因素是教育,而提高教育质量的关键是完善教师教育。经过长期争论,教育界和教育理论界已达成共识:教师具有专业人员的基本特点,提高教师教育的专业化程度是推进教师教育、进而提升国家教育水平的重要举措。目前,世界上包括美国、欧洲国家在内的很多发达国家在音乐教育领域都形成了自己的特色,音乐教师教育体制相对完善。相比之下,我国属于教师教育起步较晚的国家,我国的音乐教师教育及其研究尚处于初级阶段,职前培养和职后培训两个部分有待进行规范和相互衔接,形成“一体化”的音乐教师教育体系。其中,职前培养部分是整个音乐教师教育体系的关键,形成高水平和高质量的音乐教师职前培养,是提升音乐教师教育整体水平的关键。音乐教师教育的职前培养在大学完成,职前培养的核心是课程体系。本文期待通过对澳大利亚这一发达国家中一所著名大学音乐学院——墨尔本大学音乐学院音乐教师教育课程体系进行分析,获得对我国有益的启示,为我国音乐教师教育专业化水平的提升提供有益的借鉴。本文研究共分四个部分:第一部分为问题的提出,主要从国际教师教育背景角度出发,阐述我国教师教育领域以及音乐教师教育领域的发展状况和存在问题,引出对澳大利亚墨尔本大学音乐教师教育学位——五年制音乐暨教育双学位课程体系的分析;第二部分对五年制音乐暨教  

英文摘要 In recent years, because of economic impact that world turn, education also suffers the influence. The international community knows, increasing economic level with important factor that synthesize the national strength is an education, but increases key that educate the quantity is a perfect teacher education. Passes by to dispute over a long period of time, educational circles with educate the theories field already common ground: The teacher has the personnel's basic characteristics in profession, increasing the profession of teacher' s education turn the degree is to pushes forward the teacher the education and then promote the national education the horizontal importance. Current, include the United States, European nation in the world in the inside of a lot of prosper the nation to educate in the music the realm became own special features, music the teacher educates the system opposite and perfect. Compare under, the our country belongs to the teacher educates the start than the nation of the night, our country of music the teacher educates and its research is placed in the stage in entry-level still, the job educates before to train with job behind two parts treats to proceed the norm with link up mutually, become" the integral whole turns" of music the teacher educates the system. Among them, the job educates before part is music teacher' s job that key that whole music the teacher educates the system, becoming the high level to educates before with the high quantity, is a key to promote the music teacher educate the level of the whole. The educational job in teacher in music educates before to complete in the university, the core that job before educates is a course system.
