中文摘要 教育是立国之本,是国家的百年大计,当代各国都把教育视为参与国际竞争的重要战略措施。教育的竞争其实质是人才的竞争,发展教育事业,培养具有实力和素质的人才,成为世界改革的重要内容。课程作为教育的核心要素,很大程度上体现了国家教育目的和培养目标。近年来,在我国新一轮的基础课程改革中,音乐课程逐渐成为教育领域以至社会环境中的热门话题,这既是我国重视和普及审美教育的结果,也是全球经济一体化、文化多元化发展趋势的体现。音乐课程关系到素质教育目标的实现和未来人才培养的水平,因此如何发挥音乐教育的独特作用,成为符合时代变革趋势和顺应基础教育发展的一个重要课题。 本文采用文献分析、比较等研究方法,从近现代中国音乐教育家的教育言论与教学实践等方面入手,昭示出我国近现代音乐课程观中重视音乐教育、传承民族优秀音乐文化、坚持因地制宜等课程理念。并以西方的英、美、法、德、日主要五个国家为研究对象,从评价各国的音乐课程观中,透视它们在普及音乐教育、突出音乐学科中的人文素养、重视表达与创造能力培养等方面取得的进展。取近现代早期中西音乐课程观的历史变迁为研究视角,从音乐课程的社会性、学校性和个人性三个方面,分析中西音乐课程观中展现的共性,还揭示出中西音乐文化在碰撞交流中,时代赋予课程观的民族性与人文性。并从音乐课程价值观、课程结构、课程内容和教学方式上比较中西音乐课程观的差异。通过考察中西音乐课程观的异同,总结出我国音乐课程观中的现代性与包容性,指出近现代中西音乐课程观中还存在着课程资源开发不够和评价机制不完善等方面的不足,最后提出个人的见解。
英文摘要 Education, which is regarded as the most important strategy for every nation to compete with others, is the foundation of a country. The essential element in educational competition is talents, thus developing education and bringing up talents with ability and quality become a significant content in world reformation. Curriculum is the core factor in education, which presents national education goal in a large extend. Music curriculum is becoming a pop topic in education and other fields in Chinese new round elementary curriculum reformation, which is not only the results that aesthetic education is prevailed and paid more attention, but also the embodiment of the developing tendency of multi-culture. Music curriculum is concerned with the realization of quality education goal and the future talent ability; therefore, how to exert the special functions of music education is an important issue which matches the reforming trend and elementary education development. This paper presents the curriculum ideology in Chinese modern music c urriculum c oncepts such as music e ducation r ecognition, music culture heritage and measures adjustment, adopting methods including document analysis and comparison and starting with the educational sayings and teaching practices of modern Chinese music educators. By analyzing and evaluating the music curriculum concepts in Britain, America, France, Germany and Japan, the improvements made in music education prevalence, humanistic quality prominence, expressing and creating ability recognition are expatiated. The commonness between Chinese and western music curriculum concepts are analyzed from three aspects concerned with society, school and individual of music curriculum which i s viewed from the historical e volvement o f Chinese and western music curriculum concepts.
