中文摘要 新世纪伊始,为了加快推进社会主义现代化建设,培养和造就我国21世纪的一代高素质新人,全面推进素质教育,促进学生全面发展和健康成长,国家教育部颁布了《全国学校艺术教育总体规划(20012010)》,旨在改变学校艺术教育还处在相对薄弱的地位,以适应21世纪人才培养的需求。 2001年7月,新的《基础教育课程改革纲要》针对我国现行音乐教育体系的现状进行了重大改革,《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准(实验稿)》,以下简称《新课程标准》,给我国现行音乐教育的改革与发展提出了新的要求,那么,《新课程标准》实施后,全国广大中小学音乐教师怎样贯彻它的方针和要求,并把它落实到实际教学中,在教学中充分地理解和运用好,以提高教师的教学水平和学生学习能力,这是一个值得我们教师思考的重要问题。基于此,本文回顾了20世纪90年代末期到21世纪初,我国音乐教育的发展过程和现状,运用问卷法、访谈法和观察法调查了抚顺市顺城区小学《新课程标准》实施的具体状况,如音乐教师对《新课程标准》的理解和使用情况,学生在《新课程标准》实施过程中的感受和自身的变化。从教师自身教学能力的提高、音乐素养的提高、教学技能和教学方法的转变、学生学习方式的变化、课程评价方式等几方面,总结了顺城区小学音乐教育在实施《新课程标准》以后的变化和在实施中存在的问题,对《新课程标准》的推广进一步要求,以及对课改的希望,旨在促进《新课程标准》进一步完善,以便更好、更有效地指导音乐教学工作,完满有效地完成第二个十年规划,从而促进抚顺市中小学音乐教育  

 

英文摘要 At the beginning of the new century, in order to accelerate the drive for socialist modernization, training and bringing up of my 21 new generation of high-quality, comprehensive promotion of quality education, promoting healthy growth and overall development of students, the Ministry of National Education announced the "National Schopl arts education master plan (2001 -2010)" arts education in schools is also aimed at changing the rdlatively weak position to respond to training nedds of the 21 st century. July 2001, the new "basic education curriculum reform Program" against our existng music education system for the status of a major reform, "full-time music courses compulsory standards (experimental version)", hereinafter referred to as the "new curriculum standards," to our existing music education reform and development of new requirements, then, the "new curriculum standards," implemented, the vast number of primary and secondary music teachers how to implement its principles and requiremente, and to include it into the actual teaching, teaching in the full understanding and good use to improve the teaching standards, of teachers and students learning ability, it is a worthy of our teachers think of important issues.
