中文摘要 新一轮基础教育课程改革针对我国统一的国家课程体系的弊病,提出了我国义务教育课程实行国家、地方和学校三级管理的体制,并且积极倡导地方课程资源的开发与利用,以满足不同地区的教育需求。 课程资源的开发与利用是一个新兴的课题,对于课程资源概念的确立及相关理论与实践研究主要集中于共性层面,而对特殊地域的个性和优势关注不够。有关内蒙古呼和浩特地区的音乐课程资源开发与利用的研究尚处于起步阶段,研究力量还相当薄弱。由于音乐课程资源是音乐新课程实施的重要保障,因此,如何充分开发与有效利用音乐课程资源是值得我们研究和解决的问题。 基于此,本文以内蒙古呼和浩特地区蒙古族音乐课程资源的开发与利用为研究对象,在阐述课程资源理论、地方课程资源以及地方音乐课程资源理论的基础上,运用文献法、调查法、访谈法等教育科学研究方法,探讨了本地区蒙古族音乐课程资源开发与利用的内容与对策。
英文摘要 The new round of elementary education reforms, which aim at the corrupt practice in our unified curriculum system, has brought up a new system that our compulsory education courses are managed between the state, the local government and the school. And it has also positively advocated the development and the exploitation of the regional course resources, so as to satisfy a various of requirements in different regions.It is an emerging subject on the research of the development and exploitation of the course resources. Therefore, the establishment for the concepts of course resources and relative theories and experimental research are mainly assembled on the common ground, but paid less attention to the uniqueness and advantages in particular regions.Researches relevant to the development and exploitation of the musical course resources in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia are just at the first stage. So the researching efforts are still quite weak.Because the musical course resources are importantly to guarantee the implementation of the musical course, how to develop and exploit the resources is an issue deserved us to study and resolve.According to this, on the basic of expounding the theories of course resources, local course resources and regional musical course resources, this thesis that regards the development and exploitation of the musical course resources in Hohhot as a research subject, makes a thorough inquiry of the contents and countermeasures about it through the application of library collection, investigation, interview and other scientific educational methods.
