中文摘要 随着社会的发展,时代的进步,21世纪在全球兴起了一场教育的革命,为了适应新的社会要求,我国也正在全国范围内进行着一次教育的改革。美育被列为教育方针的内容之一后,我国音乐教育事业获得了迅速发展,在新的历史条件下,现行音乐教育观念、内容、方法、手段和评价体系等方面已不能适应素质教育发展的要求。音乐教育改革势在必行。《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准》的制定与实施是音乐教育改革的重要举措。本文将从理论上对《标准》做一个简要透析,同时从实践上对大连市几所中小学校的音乐课程改革进行调查。以理论结合实践的角度对《标准》进行深入分析。

  
英文摘要 Along with the social development, the advance of the ages, 21 centuries rose an educational revolution. For adapting to the new society requests in the world, our country proceed within the scope of national once the reformation of education. Aesthetic education is listed as after one of the contents of the education policy, our country the music educates the business acquired the quick development. Under the new history term, the current music education idea, contents, method, means have can't adapt to the request that character educate development with evaluating system etc. Music education reform power at necessarily line. The establishment of the 《 fulltime system compulsory education music course standard 》 is a music education reform with importance that puts into practice to raise . This text will do a synopsis to the 《 standard 》 theoretically dialysis, reform to proceed the inquisition to the music course of Dalian City a few primary and junior high school school from the fulfillment at the same time. Join together the angle of the fulfillment with the theories to proceed the thorough analysis to the 《 standard 》 .
