中文摘要音乐教育的思想政治教育功能是在马克思主义理论指导下的思想政治教育和音乐教育的学科交叉研究,是思想政治教育学科体系不可缺少的组成部分。它不仅丰富思想政治教育的基础理论,而且为学校思想政治教育活动的开展提供了崭新载体和重要保证。论文试图从系统深入地探讨音乐教育发挥思想政治教育功能的理论基础入手,运用理论分析、实地考察、调查问卷、文献研究相结合的研究方法,在国内首次提出了“音乐教育的主要思想政治教育功能”理论并做了详实论述。同时,分析当前音乐教育与思想政治教育的现状,提出音乐教育充分发挥思想政治教育功能的对策,以推进思想政治教育学科建设。文章紧紧围绕主题,共分四个部分加以阐述。第一部分阐述了音乐教育发挥思想政治教育功能的理论探索。运用马克思辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的观点和方法对论点做以深入的论述,分析了音乐教育与思想政治教育的历史融合和学科交叉,为提出音乐教育主要发挥的思想政治教育功能提供了理论依据。第二部分论述了音乐教育的主要思想政治教育功能。这是本文的主体部分和重点,在提出五项主要功能的同时,也阐述了它们的主要内容、构建要素及运行模式等相关理论。 第三部分对音乐教育发挥思想政治教育功能的现状进行了分析。首先明确运用音乐教育发挥思想政治教育功能理论所取得的成绩;其次指出没有充分运用音乐教育载体导致思想政治教育存在的问题。第四部分提出了若干措施,探索了如何在实践中发挥音乐教育对思想政治教育的促进作用,以及如何用该理论指导教育实践扬长避短、综合创新,用实践证明对该理论的实践可以达到提高音乐修养和道德修养的双重目的。  

英文摘要 The ideological and political education function of music education is the intersectant research of political education and music education, which under the guidance of Marxism theory. It is an indispensable component of ideological and political education discipline system. It not only enriches the basic theory of the ideological and political education, but also offers brand-new carriers and important insurance for the development of the school ideology and politics educational activities. The thesis attempts to probe into the theoretic foundation of which music education exert the ideological and political education function, using the combined research approach of the theory analysis, investigating on the spot, the questionnaire, literature study. And the thesis has proposed the theory of "the main functions of ideological and political education of music education" interiorly for the first time, and described detailedly and accurately. Meanwhile, it analyzes the present situation of music education and ideological and political education, puts forward the countermeasure of music education giving full play to ideological and political education function, in order to advance the discipline construction of ideological and political education. The thesis discourses upon the theme firmly with four parts.In part one the thesis carries out the theoretical exploration of which music education exert the ideological and political education function. It uses Marx's view and method of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to do deep dissertation with the argumentation. The thesis analyzes the historic merge and cross of music education and ideological and political education. And it establishes the theoretical gist for putting forward the ideological and political education functions of music educationIn part two the thesis describes the ideological and political education functions of music education. This is principal part and emphases. While proposing the five functions, it also explains their main content, key elements and operational mode.In part three the thesis analysis the music education exerting ideological and political education functions in the present conditions. First, it makes use of the achievement that the music education exerting ideological and political education functions. Second, it points out the existent problem that it doesn't make the fully use of music education.In part four it puts forward some methods. And it investigates how to exert the stimulative function to ideological and political education functions. It puts forward how to avoid shorts and carry forward, makes comprehensive innovation, and uses practice to prove that the fulfillment of theory can attain dual purpose of raising music culture and moral culture.
