中文摘要 音乐和人有着密切的联系,没有音乐就没有完满的人生。音乐是人的心灵的表现,满足人在精神上的需要。音乐教育从本质上说是以“育人”而不是单纯的“育才”为其显著的特征。音乐教育的功能,指音乐艺术对人与社会所起到的作用。根据音乐教育的性质,可以将其功能分为两大类:一类是审美功能,一类是非审美功能,二者始终是融合在一起的。音乐教育的效应是其功能导致的结果:首先,音乐教育能够陶冶人的精神;其次,音乐教育能够促进社会文明的发展。音乐教育是人的教育,音乐教育的根本目的是为了人的全面发展,为了社会的进步。人作为一种社会存在和精神存在,需要有丰富的精神世界和作为安身立命之所的精神家园。人的生态化的生存是一种以审美的方式来看待生活的人生态度。

  
英文摘要 Music and human being have close relations, without music couldn’t have perfect living. Music is the expression of the soul and it is satisfied the needs of the spirit. Basically speaking, the character of musical education is not fostering a person of ability but a person, which is achieved by the way of art education. The function of music education is the affect that music education acts on human and society. According to the nature of music education, the functions have two kinds: aesthetic function and unaesthetic function. The two is merged from beginning to end. The result of the function lead to is the effect of music education. In the first place, music education can mould a person’s spirit; in the second place, music education can promote the development of social civilization. Music education is the education for human. The basic aim of it is for the humans’full-development and the advance of society. As the existence of social and emotional, human need rich spirit world and the place to take, which is regarded as emotional home. The ecological existence of human is the manner to take the life of aesthetic way.
