中文摘要 当前形势下,创新和加强学校的德育工作刻不容缓,应该充分挖掘一切教育因素中的德育功能,全面加强对学生的教育和引导。本文以“三个代表”重要思想和十六大、中央文件精神为指导,以全面推进素质教育为目标,从音乐教育的德育功能入手,研究在社会主义教育中如何充分认识音乐教育的德育功能,如何充分挖掘音乐教育的德育功能,为培养全面发展的人才服务,这也符合中国教育发展的潮流和时代要求。  

英文摘要 Innovation and reinforcement of the morality education for the students inthe current situation can’t be delayed, the function of morality educationshould be revealed from all the educational elements so as to reinforce themorality education to the students. This article is about the study of how to understand and reveal adequatelythe morality-educating function of music education under the direction of theimportant thought of “Three Represents” 、the spirit of the 16th Party Congressand CPC central file. It also takes provoking quality education comprehensivelyas the goal in order to cultivate man of ability, which keeps chime with thetrend of the development of Chinese education and our time, too.
