中文摘要 二十一世纪的今天,现代信息技术对教育改革的影响是广泛而深远的,随着社会科学技术的不断进步,学校教育技术的不断更新,整个社会进入到信息时代的新阶段。中等音乐院校音乐教育也随着教育改革的深入和电脑应用的普及发生了新的变化。本文抓住这一领域顺应这一发展方向,探讨了新世纪中等音乐院校配器课教学如何建立以计算机音乐软件教学手段为技术平台的现代音乐教育环境和学习资源体系,充份利用计算机音乐软件教学系统及相关软件,改革教学模式、拓宽教学视野,大面积高效率个性化创造性的发展,全体受教育者配器课教育以及教学中师生所取得的教学效果。同时提出了教师如何提高自身素质去适应新世纪教学改革的发展需要进行了科学论证,并试图从以下几个方面进行深入系统研究。第一部分本章主要阐述了目前我国中等音乐院校配器课教学的现与局限性,探究其原因并提出解决问题的有效途径。 第二部分本章主要介绍计算机音乐软件的概念、类别、功能及特点。从计算机音乐软件辅助中等音乐院校配器课教学和配器课教学促进计算机音乐软件的发展等方面论述其关系。第三部分论述计算机音乐软件在配器课中应用的理论基础、教学设计和效度分析。 第四部分论述建构新型配器课教学模式。 

英文摘要 Today in the 21th century modern information effects on the educational reformation widely and deeply. Being the progress of social science and technology and education and technology in the school, the whole society steps into the new period of the information time. Education in the secondary music institute has been being changed with the probe into the educational reformation and the popularization of computer usage . By learning the information above, we can follow this direction of development. This paper probes how to build the environment of modern musical education and the system of the resource of the study by the technological platform of method of computer music education and the paper also makes good use of the system of computer music education and widen the range of the education and crease the development of effective and personal creation greatly to make the whole students who study the orchestration and teachers receive the educational effects. And the paper also gives the scientific demonstration─how the teachers improve their own qualities to adapt to the need of educational reformation in the new century and tries researching the following several aspects deeply and systematically. Chapter one This chapter elaborates the situation and limitation of the orchestration in the secondary institute in China now and probes into the cause and the method of solution. Chapter two This chapter introduces the concept, types, function and characteristic of the computer music software and its relationship with orchestration course. Chapter three This chapter introduces the Cakewalk software and it’s application in orchestration course. The chapter mainly consists of the theoretical basis of the application of the software, the design of teaching process. The validity of the usage of the software is also included. Chapter four This chapter elaborates the new teaching and learning models of orchestration course via computer assisted music software.
