学位授予单位 首都师范大学 中文关键词 普通高校音乐教育;非智力因素;影响;培养 导师 冯兰芳 论文级别 硕士 学科专业名称 普通高校公共艺术教育 中文摘要 进入21世纪,培养复合型高素质人才成为我国教育工作者的一个重要而又迫切的任务。在普通高校音乐教育中,大学生可以通过开设公共音乐选修课程和艺术实践来提高他们的艺术素质,这不仅是让大学生掌握音乐知识和技巧,而是要从精神、心灵及智力等方面对他们进行教育和培养,从而提高他们的整体素质。然而长久以来,国内教育从小学到高中都注重应试教育,更多的是培养学生智力的因素,就此产生了一些高分低能的状况。在实际的日常生活工作中,非智力因素占有重要的作用。而作为我们教学的对象一当代大学生在其学习期间,正是非智力因素形成的成熟期。作为大学生,其智力因素都已是达到一定程度,由此可见,大学期间的学习中,非智力因素的发展就占有重要的作用和意义。非智力因素的定义众说纷纭,本文对非智力因素的界定为智力因素之外的一切心理因素,狭义的非智力因素是指动机、兴趣、情感、意志和性格等。笔者从当前的大学生非智力因素发展现状出发,立足通过音乐教育在潜移默化中培养大学生非智力因素的发展。本文第一章是对非智力因素现状的分析与音乐教育在培养学生非智力因素方面的意义和作用。第二章主要分析普通高校音乐教育现状。第三章是论述普通高校音乐教育促进学生非智力因素形成的思考。本论文认为,高校的教育理念和教师的教育意识中只有认识到非智力因素的重要性,才能培养出全面的复合型应用人才,达到育人的真正目的。 英文摘要 In the 21st century, one of the significant and exigent objectives of education is to cultivate graduates with comprehensive abilities. In college music education, carrying out optional music courses and various practices may not only broaden college students' knowledge of music but also enlighten them in the aspects of spirit and intelligence, thus improve their comprehensive abilities. Exam-oriented education has been playing an important part in primary school and middle school education for a long time, which put much emphasis on the development of students' intelligence, and thus results in the appearance of a great deal of students with high marks but poor practical abilities. However, non-intelligence factors play an important role in daily life and work. College education is of great significance to the development and maturity of non-intelligence factors. Scholars hold different views to the definition of non-intelligence factors. In this paper, they are defined as all psychological factors except for intelligence factors, including motivation, interest, sensibility, purpose, characteristics, and so on. According to the status quo of the development of college students' non-intelligence factors, the author explores the importance and feasibility of promoting college students' non-intelligence factors imperceptibly through music education. The first chapter is the analysis of the status quo of the study of non-intelligence factors and the significance and function of music education in developing students' non-intelligence factors. The second chapter presents the status quo of music education in colleges. The third chapter presents methods of promoting the maturity of students' non-intelligence factors through music education. The author illustrates that graduates with comprehensive abilities can be cultivated on condition that the significance of non-intelligence factors is conceived by college educators.
