--感谢华东师大艺术系硕士研究生徐进提供并整理该文资料-洪啸音乐教育工作站-- 学位授予单位 湖南师范大学 中文关键词 音乐教师教育;音乐教师专业化;音乐教师教育专业化;职前培养;职后培训;教师资格认证;一体化 导师 郭声健 论文级别 硕士 学科专业名称 音乐学 中文摘要 当今在世界范围内的教育改革中,人们达成了一致的认识:要使教育水平有“质”的提高,并且能够“持续发展”,就必须重视教师教育。包括我国在内的世界各国都对教师教育十分重视,并已着手进行教师教育的改革。经过长期的论争,教育界和教育理论界已经达成了共识:教师具有专业人员的基本特点,教师所从事的教学活动也具备“专业”的基本属性。既然教学是一种专业,教师是专业人员,那么教师教育也就需要专业化。通过比较研究,我们发现,世界上的发达国家正把教师教育的专业化作为他们当前进行教师教育改革所关注的焦点,而相比之下,我国教师教育专业化的问题还没有受到充分的重视。本文就是旨在将大教育学理论中的“教师教育专业化”理念引入到音乐教育这一子学科中,结合音乐学科的特性,来探讨我国音乐教师专业化发展的合理构架。我国属于教师教育起步较晚的国家,因此我国的教师专业化及其研究尚处在初级阶段,教师教育专业化的研究和实践也尚属于较低的水平。本选题的意义就在于,为音乐教师教育引入一种新的教育理念,即“专业化”、“一体化”的理念,使音乐教师教育理论的研究能够顺应教育学理论研究的更新和国际教师教育发展的总体趋势。本文力图突破以往高师音乐教育理论研究仅限于探讨音乐教师职前培养问题的固有模式,以教师发展“终身性”的观念为指导,把音乐教师教育中的职前培养和职后培训紧密联系起来,并结合教师资格认证体系的构建来谈音乐教师教育的专业化问题。全文由三个部分组成:第一部分,详细论述了音乐教师教育专业化的内涵、意义及其目标;第二部分,分别从职前培养、职后培训以及职前培养和职后培训的关系等三方面分析了我国音乐教师教育专业化的基本现状及其存在的间题;第三部分,针对我国音乐教师教育专业化的现状和闷题,提出了职前培养、职后培训及教师资格认证“一体化”的音乐教师教育专业化发展思路。 英文摘要 In the current worldwide reform of education, people recognize that we must attach importance to teachers' education in order to impove the school education essentially and steadily. The world has paid much attention to the project of teachers' education, and commenced to cany out the reform of teachers' education. Through a long-term argument, the pedagogy group has come to a conclusion that teachers are featured by the basic traits of professionals, and teaching which is executed by teachers is also provided with the basic characteristics of the"profession". Hence, we consider that teachers' education is to be specialized. Through comparative studies, we find that specialization is regarded as the focus of teachers' education reform in the developed countries. But in China, it has been paid comparatively less attention to. This essay is to introduce the conception of "specialization of teachers' education" into music education, and to explore a rational framework of the development of the specialization of teachers' education in China, according to the special characteristics of the subject of music. In the studies of the music teachers' education, researches were limited to the discussion of pre-job education of music teachers. In this essay, the author tries to break through the conventional form, and, under the guidance of the concept of "lifelong development" of teachers, to deal with the issue with equal attention to the pre-job education and the in-the-job education of music teachers, and the attestation system of music teachers' qualification. The whole essay consists of three parts, with the first part talking about the meaning and the ami of specialization of music teachers' education; the second part analyzing the present situation and problems of the music teachers' education hi China; the third part putting forward the integrated scheme of specialization of music teacher's education.
