感谢华东师大艺术系硕士研究生徐进提供并整理该文资料---洪啸音乐教育工作站 学位授予单位 江西师范大学 中文关键词 东乡县;小学;音乐教育;调查研究 导师 吴一帆 论文级别 硕士 学科专业名称 学科教学 中文摘要 当今世界,流行着“谁拥有人才谁就拥有未来”的口号。人才的竞争成为各国谋求发展的重要手段,教育作为造就人才的主要方式,越来越受到人们的重视,培养富有个性、全面发展、和谐的人才成为先进教育理念的主流。面对激烈的人才竞争,本世纪初我国开展了轰轰烈烈的基础教育课程改革,摒弃过去唯分数论英雄、急功近利的教育模式,把素质教育提上了重要议事日程。而作为基础课程重要组成部分的音乐课,也受到了前所未有的重视,新的内容、新的形式、新的理念、新的目标被全面地注入了基础音乐教育。而农村音乐教育的状况如何?本论文以东乡县的小学音乐教育为对象,以校园音乐氛围、学校领导的重视程度、师资、课程设置以及音乐课的教学环境和教学用具等五方面的问题为内容,进行了深入的调查研究和结果分析,得出造成此状况的原因,即:认识,师资,资源,评价,重视程度及费用等六大问题。进而对政府和教育管理部门及校长的责任进行了探讨,最后对农村小学音乐教育的定位策略提出了自己的观点:更新观念,以人为本,提倡体验,因地制宜。论文力求能使农村基础音乐教育得到全社会的重视,得到健康的发展;使占全国小学生总数81%的农村小学生得到关注生命、关注个性、关注发展的全面的基础教育。 英文摘要 Content: At present, the idea ' Who owns talents who is the winner of future' is quite popular in our world. The competition of human resource is becoming themain power. Education is the basis of talents. People now pay more and more attention to this field. More over, only those piculiar and balance talents can meet the needs of education. At the beginning of the century, in order to challenge with the competition,our country pianned a basic educational revolution. This revolution spread all over the country and quality orientended education was applied in the national agenda. We got rid of score orientended education. In the past, in people's mind, who got high scores who was the hero, and people were too eager for achivement. New content, forms, notions and goals music, which is one of the important parts of basic course, have merged into basic education. People pay more attention to music than over before. This paper is used for the primary school teachs of DongXiang. It antaits five matters as follows: the music atomosphere, school leadr's attentions, teather resources,course arrangements and the environment of music classes.We looked into problems aleeply and analysised the results, from which, we found there are six problems: recognitions, teacher resources, resources, evaluation, attention and funds. The problems of responsible between government, educational department and school master were discussed. Finally, we drew our opinion on countryside educational strategies: more realistic, human orientented practical and pragmatic. To sum up, the goal of this context is to draw attention to music education from our society and hope primary school students in countryside,which possess 81% of tatal in our country could pay attention to life, personalities and development, That time, it would be the sound basic education.
