中文摘要 当前,监狱管理的改革已受到人们的重视,服刑人员的生存状态已引起社会广泛关注。随着科学技术的发展和心理科学研究的不断深入,音乐心理治疗在国外已经风行,在国内也开始实施。音乐心理治疗实际上是音乐所具有的心灵净化、教化作用的表现。用音乐感化、改造服刑人员,已相继成为国内几大监狱所采用的人性化的管教手段,但到目前为止,从理论上系统研究音乐对服刑人员的教化的问题,并以此为切入点探讨监狱人性化管理模式的成果尚未见到。正是基于此,本文通过问卷、访谈等调查方式,运用资料文献搜查的方法,在充分占有信息资料的基础上,对服刑人员的现状作了较全面的分析,从而对于音乐在服刑人员改造中的作用进行比较系统的研究。本文围绕音乐的教化作用,在系统回顾、分析调查、统计与检验、对策研究等方面进行了客观深入的研究,以期对监狱人性化管理提供有效建议。本课题主要包括以下几部分: 1、重点探讨音乐的德育作用、美育作用及对心灵的净化作用,通过音乐重新树立服刑人员的世界观、人生观、价值观。 2、通过对国内几所监狱关于“音乐的教化作用”进行问卷式和座谈式的实证分析,做出详细的分析报告; 3、根据调查研究的分析报告,探讨对服刑人员实施音乐教育的目标、教育内容的选择及教育的主要途径。本人认为,音乐教育是个切入点,它对于营造监狱文化氛围,促进监狱管理人性化有着举足轻重的意义。

英文摘要 Now days, the reform of management in prison has been taking seriously, and the living state of the criminals has aroused wide social concern, as well. With the development of science and technology as well as the ever-deepening of psychotherapy is in fact the embodiment of music's enlightening effect—that is purifying one's soul and enlightening one's mind.Even though persuading and reforming criminals by music has been adopted in several prisons at home, there are still gaps in the field of systematic study in the enlightening effect of music on criminals, and there are also gaps in prison, basing on this, the article has analyses the present situation of criminals comprehensively by means of questionnaire, interview and search for documents and literature, this making a comparatively systematic analysis on the effect that music acts on the reform of criminals.The article has made objective and deeply study in the aspect of systematic retrospection, analytical investigation, statistics and examination, and study in countermeasure eat. Around the enlightening effective suggestions on the humanization management in prison. The topic includes the following parts mainly:1. Emphatically probing into the moral educational effect, aesthetic educational effect of music, and also its soul purifying effect;helping the criminals set up a new outlook on the world, life, and values by music.2. Making specific analytical report through substantial analysis by means of questionnaire and symposium in several prisons at home.3. Inquiring into the objective of musical education to the criminals, the alternative of education substance and the main ways of such education.The authors thinks that musical education is a point of contact. It plays an important role in building a cultural atmosphere and in promoting humanize management in prison.
