中文摘要 本文从音乐教育学的研究思维出发，探讨如何在高师音乐教育的声乐教学这一环节中，加强传统音乐文化教育的问题。 首先，笔者论述了在世纪初的今天，加强传统音乐文化教育的紧迫性以及高师音乐教育所处的战略枢纽位置；强调了在声乐教学——这一高师音乐教育的微观技能教学环节中融入传统音乐文化教育的重要意义。 进一步，本人对南京师范大学、福建师范大学等十多所师范大学音乐院系之声乐教学情况展开抽样调查。指出目前高师音乐教育中声乐教学的课程设置及教学形式、教材的选编和使用、师资的构成等方面的现状，整体上表现出“基底”西化的特征。 由此，我对“强调传统音乐文化之融入的高师声乐教学模式”进行了初步的理论思考：即在教学内容上，高师声乐教材选编除了传统的艺术歌曲外，还应该包括“原生形态”的传统声乐艺术作品以及“乡土”音乐作品。其教材类型除了传统的曲谱教材外，还应该重视“文献教材”和“声像教材”的建设。在教法上，也应该打破原有的把高师声乐教学等同于高师个别课的技能教学这一观念，而应当在高师声乐教学过程中，提倡“大课堂、中课堂、小课堂”相结合的教学方式。在师资培养上，则除了对学校自身的声乐教师进行多渠道、多层次培训外，还可以采用“兼聘”社会师资力量的方式，来加强我们高师声乐教学中传统音乐文化的教育。

  
英文摘要 According to the thought of music teaching, this text foe-uses on the question of enhancing the teaching of traditional music culture in vocal music teaching in Normal Universities. First ,the author discusses the critical position of traditional music teaching in Normal Universities and the importantce of enchancing traditional music teaching in vocal music teaching. Second.the author holds a random investigation of vocal music teaching the music departments of more than 10 Normal universities such as Nan Jin ,XiNan and FuZhou Normal Universities. This text points out that today's vocal music teaching in Chinese normal universities are generally characterized by Western Mode. Consequently, the author holds a primary discuss on teaching mode of merging Chinese traditional music teaching in vocal music teaching of Normal universities .On the content of the courses.we should choose the "original" and "native" works besides the traditional works. On the pattern of teaching books ,we should adopt "document"and "AV'patterns.besides.traditional patterns, On the methods of teaching ,we should mix together "big room middle room ",and "individual teaching".0n the training of teachers we should adopt Part-time pattern besides the "Full-time" patterns sides the Full-time teachers to enhance the teacher group.
